The machine is capable of grinding a 1,200 mm (47.244") outside diameter gear x 600 mm (23.622") face width, 30 Module (.85 DP) high precision gear. The machine is 15' w x 21' l x 15' h.

This is another step to help us continue to provide cost effective, high quality gears and gearbox repairs to our customers. In addition to providing new gears this machine will allow us to inspect, kiss grind and reclaim the proper gear profile and geometry on gears reused during rebuild to provide a higher quality repair.

The grinder is equiped with onboard dressing of grinding wheels, onboard gear checking and state of the art gear software to allow for the manufacture of high precision gears.
